Welcome to Bayou Children’s Dental Center located in Houma, Louisiana. With over 40 years of combined dental experience, Dr. Claudia Cavallino, Dr. Paige Gaudet and Dr. Nicole Boxberger work together as a team striving to provide their young patients with the highest standard of dental care available.
We proudly offer the latest treatments and technologies available to ensure that the children, adolescents and special needs patients that visit our office, achieve and maintain beautiful, healthy smiles that will last a lifetime.

Meet Our TEAM
Our experienced team is especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is either a registered Dental Hygienist or Expanded Dental Duties Assistant (EDDA), and our office has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Stacy
Stacy joined the BCDC Family in 2020 in the midst of the COVID Pandemic. Before joining our team Stacy worked as a Certified Dental Assistant and Expanded Duty Dental Assistant in Louisiana and Mississippi for over 10 years. She earned her Associates of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Pearl River Community College in Hattiesburg Mississippi.
Stacy uses a systemic approach in calming nervous patients and is quick to make patients feel at ease by building confidence, trust, and friendship. She excels in communicating with each patient so they know what to expect at each step of the visit. Stacy is committed to educating patients on the importance of good oral hygiene and preventive care Her extensive knowledge in oral health and preventive care makes her an expert in our field. She completes her continuing education courses annually through regional and national conferences to keep her skill set up to date with the latest recommendations for our families.
Bailey
Bailey has been a member of our dental team since July 2019. Bailey worked as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant for a pediatric dentist before completing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from LSU School of Dentistry. Bailey is an expert in caring for our most delicate patients.
As a registered dental hygienist, Bailey is passionate about educating our families in all aspects of oral health. Providing a professional, yet relaxed and fun environment is one of her greatest strengths. Bailey completes her continuing education requirements by attending local and out-of-state meetings with our doctors.
Jessica
Jessica became a member of the Bayou Children’s team in May of 2015 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from LSU School of Dentistry. Prior to pursuing a career as a Dental Hygienist, Jessica was a Dental Assistant and an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant for 6 years.
With experience in all aspects of dentistry, Jessica knew she wanted to follow her heart and specialize with patients of special needs and pediatrics. She has a strong passion for educating parents and patients about the importance of excellent oral hygiene and healthy diet choices. She also has specialized skills in the treatment of both medically compromised and special needs patients. Jessica completes her continuing education requirements by attending local and out-of-state meetings with our doctors.
